This is the moment an alleged plain-clothes policeman executed a man by shooting him in the head at point-blank range in the street in front of dozens of terrified motorists.
Two others were also shot dead after claims they were ordered out of their car and forced to lie on the ground on a busy road in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi.
The victims were seen lying on the ground in pools of blood following the 9am shooting, which took place near Wilson Airport, a domestic hub for domestic flights to safari locations. Daily Mail>>

The first Muslim woman Cabinet minister will today launch a controversial attack on Britain’s approach to Islam.
Baroness Warsi will caution that Islamophobia is seen as normal and acceptable at dinner parties.
The Tory Party chairman will warn that describing Muslims as ‘moderate’ or ‘extremist’, fosters prejudice against them.
In a speech at the University of Leicester, she will pledge to use her position to wage an ‘ongoing battle against bigotry’.

Petition filed over BSF Killing

A writ petition has been filed with the High Court seeking trial of those who failed to protest at the killing of a Bangladeshi girl ‘Felani’, who was shot dead by Indian border guards along the Kurigram border.
The National Forum for Protection of Human Rights filed the petition on Monday with the bench of justices Mohammad Miftah Uddin Choudhury and Jahangir Hossain.
The court will hear the petition on January 23.
The petition seeks directives to stop killing of Bangladeshis along the border and to compensate the family of Felani.
It named the home secretary, foreign secretary, secretary general of border guards, Rangpur sector commander, and the captain of 27 Rifles Battalion as defendant in the case.
